Project Overview
Project Details: Seeing a gap in the senior housing community, family-owned Brentwood Nursing built Brentwood by the Bay, a new 68 unit state-of-the-art assisted living facility with an emphasis on worry-free senior independent living. Brentwood wanted residence to enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own apartment, as well as, be involved in an interactive senior community. Team Ruggieri worked closely with the designer to make sure all the different flooring products specified for the project flowed together with minimal transition issues, worked for facility maintenance, and also offered great value.
Project Products: The project included Masland Carpets, Armstrong Natural Creations, Tarkett Rubber Treads, Johnsonite Millwork Base, Daltile and walk off matting from Mats Inc. Floor patch, setting materials and adhesives by vendor partners Mapei and Ardex. The three-floor facility, besides the apartments, also contains dining areas, an in-house hair salon, sports pub and multiple reading areas on each floor with stunning views of beautiful Greenwich Bay.
