Project Overview
Project Details: New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) was looking to expand from their Warwick, RI operation to accommodate the increased demand for skilled workers in the area. Team Ruggieri worked with architect and designer, Saccoccio & Associates, Inc. on the project and in 2011 their newest campus in East Greenwich, RI, opened. It covers over 200 acres and currently features a completely renovated 265,000 square foot educational facility. In fact, some Ruggieri team members have graduated from NEIT.
Project Products: Vendor partners used for this project include Daltile, Mapei, Johnsonite, Roppe, Mats Inc., and Altro.
